Please leave a note with your order number in the return package and mail us on billing@reachingexpatations.com so we can process your return accordingly.

Return Policy for Service Products (e.g. workshops)

You may cancel or reschedule a service up to 14 days before the start date of the service product you’ve ordered. After this period, cancellation fees apply.

In case of courses with workshops or events, live or online, we consider a full-refund cancellation if you cancelled up to 14 days before the first mentioned date of the course (start date). Communicate your cancellation request as soon as possible by sending an email to hello@reachingexpatations.com.

Subscription based products are effective immediately from the date of purchase. In case of cancellation we stop charging you after the final date mentioned after cancellation. This is typically the next month for monthly payments, the next year for annual payments. You can find the cancellation options after logging in to your account dashboard.

Reaching Expatations reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you are entitled to a refund or alternative scheduling.
